About Termilla
Termilla’s love of food and travel has shaped both her life and career. She’s had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most recognized travel brands, including Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), and Delta Air Lines, where she gained invaluable experience in hospitality, marketing, analytics, and project management.
In 2014, she decided to take her passion for food and travel and launched the website Happily Eating. What started as a creative outlet quickly grew into a platform where she partnered with brands to promote recipes, products, restaurants, events and also attended press trips to share stories about destinations. Along the way, she developed skills in digital marketing, eCommerce, and content creation. Those skills later opened doors to consulting and freelance opportunities.
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic the way businesses operated shifted. She began supporting tech companies like AT&T and marketing agencies like VML as a flexible marketing consultant and contractor. From digital marketing campaigns to data analytics, project management and process improvement, she stepped in to help teams keep moving forward during uncertain times.
Today, she works at Travelport, a travel technology company, as a product marketer turning complex ideas into strategies for product launches and software enhancements. Before that, she supported marketing leaders at Delta Air Lines with data-driven insights, analytics projects, project management and process improvement.
Beyond the strategy and numbers, she is happiest when she’s cooking and hosting loved ones, exploring a new restaurant in town, or planning her next adventure. Food and travel are still at the heart of everything she does, whether it’s for work or for joy.
